How do you stay ‘healthy & calm’ in these times? Here’s a small gift from Flow: a poster with tips and insights.
One of the things we have noticed over the past few weeks is that we often have an off day. What helps us get through it is to accept it – it is what it is. And also: that during the first few days we read every news item like crazy, and we now understand that catching up on the news twice a day is also fine and leaves us feeling much calmer. Or: that doing a jigsaw puzzle or drawing helps against worrying.
And so, more and more things popped up that made us think, ‘These are useful tips to collect.’ Which we did, and which we used to create a poster that you can hang above your desk, in the kitchen, on the toilet door or wherever you choose. The tips are complemented with illustrations by Valesca van Waveren, who also made the illustrations for our new stationery line. We hope it gives a boost to your mental health and helps you to stay healthy and calm.
