The rooms at the Erve Deperman farm in Reutum, Overijssel offer peace and space, while art town Ootmarsum and the farm spa are also close at hand.
Special features
A national monument and listed building, this farm is in a very rural location, close to art town Ootmarsum. It is surrounded by a lot of open space, and you easily regain a sense of serenity with the birdsong of the owls and other birds around you. The spacious rooms all have their own shower and WC. The old farm still has many authentic features, like wooden beams and a slanted roof. Part of the farm is a shared space, with an especially nice kitchen, large tables, cozy lounge corners and games.
What’s for breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price. You can order a small or large breakfast with local products: dairy farm products, muesli, cornflakes, homemade jam, a variety of breads, cheeses and spreads. You are also allowed to prepare your own breakfast using the shared kitchen if you wish.
Our tip
Noordoost-Twente is a beautiful region for walking and cycling. And the art town Ootmarsum is a wonderfully fun place to visit. For a spa treatment, you can book some time at the farm Spa in Nutter.

The farm is very old, dating back as far as 1475, as recorded in the Twente land registry.
