For more than ten years now, Flow has been promoting the message to live life slower. To seek happiness in the little things and to embrace life with all its ups and downs. We have made ten videos around these topics, with life lessons that are so very much needed in these hectic times. Lessons that we didn’t learn at school, but which we will benefit from all our lives. Watch the tenth and last video in this series below.
Make time to take time
As Mahatma Gandhi once said: “There is more to life than increasing its speed.” Stop hurrying. Stop multitasking. We often feel restless, chaotic and impatient. Get away from the stimuli. Be bored, daydream, stare out of the window. Take your time to get from A to B. Actively pay attention to something. Slow down. And watch the flowers grow.
