For more than ten years now, Flow has been promoting the message to live life slower. To seek happiness in the little things and to embrace life with all its ups and downs. We have made ten videos around these topics, with life lessons that are so very much needed in these hectic times. Lessons that we didn’t learn at school, but which we will benefit from all our lives. Watch the fourth video in this series below.
It helps to think less
Often our heads are filled with just about anything you can imagine. When we start labeling these thoughts and images without judgement, we stop identifying with them and they no longer determine how we feel. Let them pass and observe them, like fluffy clouds in the sky. This detachment, which we also call ‘incubation’, can lead to great inspiration and those ‘Eureka moments’ – or ‘peak moments’ – that were so normal to us as kids. Wasn’t life beautiful when we drifted through it full of joy, without a care in the world; with blue skies above and none of those thoughts filling our minds all the time?
