For more than ten years now, Flow has been promoting the message to live life slower. To seek happiness in the little things and to embrace life with all its ups and downs. We have made ten videos around these topics, with life lessons that are so very much needed in these hectic times. Lessons that we didn’t learn at school, but which we will benefit from all our lives. Watch the fifth video in this series below.
Letting go works
Letting go is hard. Being in control makes us feel safe. We want to control how we feel, the work we do and the relationships we have. It would be wonderful if we could organize and have everything exactly how we want it to be, right? But actually… all this control-freaking creates anxiety. Life is not perfect. And life is not to be controlled. The unexpected things, which happen the moment you let go, are so often the most beautiful ones. That’s when the intuiting, spontaneity and magic happens. So, dare to let go. Trust life. And you will be surprised by what magic it will bring to you.
