Manage your to-dos

To-do

Ever find yourself overwhelmed with the number of items piling up in your to-do list? If so, try tackling it in a different way.

With time-blocking, you ditch the standard bullet format and organise your day in a series of manageable time slots, to which (individual) tasks have been assigned, instead. Like appointments in your diary: ‘2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: a whole bunch of small things that need to be done’; ‘3 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.: ‘that in-depth activity that I need to tackle’. It’ll help you structure your day, make more efficient use of your time, and leave you with peace of mind knowing that you’ve set aside a specific hour to address all those to-dos.
