Compliments equal happiness. And yet, we don’t seem to give or receive enough, which is why we could all do with a leaf – or should that be slip – from US-based artist Anna Sergeeva’s The Compliment Project, which is spreading words of kindness around the world.
All you need to do is visit thecomplimentproject.org, download her compliment posters for free and hang them up wherever you see fit – at work or home, in the park or you local café or even on a busy street. The tabs at the bottom of each poster echo its message, so that any passer-by can take one away and brighten their – or someone else’s – day.
